Upper Echelon Sports, the sports and entertainment division of Brunson Grant Law Firm, provides comprehensive transactional legal representation to athletes, coaches, artists, producers, creators, companies, and social media influencers. Our practice focuses on high-level contract drafting, review, and negotiation across the sports and entertainment industries.

We also represent collegiate athletes in their NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) endeavors, helping them protect their brand, maximize opportunities, and structure deals that align with their long-term goals.

Upper Echelon Sports was founded by Attorney Donté B. Grant, a certified NBA Player Agent with extensive experience representing elite professional athletes, including Isaac Okoro of the Cleveland Cavaliers (5th overall pick, 2020 NBA Draft), Sharife Cooper (48th overall pick, 2021 NBA Draft, Atlanta Hawks), and Te’a Cooper (18th overall pick, 2020 WNBA Draft, Los Angeles Sparks).
